Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal or Immigration Specialist to support a highly regarded business immigration practice in Atlanta. Ideal candidates will bring strong employment-based immigration experience and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to casework.
Position Highlights:
Handle a wide range of employment-based immigration matters (H-1B, L-1, E, TN, I-140, AOS)
Strong experience with PERM labor certification filings required
Assist with some family-based and naturalization cases
Draft forms, support letters, and assemble petition/application packages
Maintain case records in immigration case management systems
Conduct research on statutory/regulatory requirements as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of employment-based immigration experience
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate strongly preferred
Experience with immigration software (e.g., Tracker, INSZoom)
Skilled in case management, legal writing, and organization
Experience responding to RFEs (NIV & IV)
Korean language proficiency is a strong plus
