Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an accomplished and strategic Management Consultant SME to provide comprehensive oversight for a range of high-priority client projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, responsible for end-to-end project performance—spanning technical, contractual, administrative, and financial domains. You will leverage your expertise to manage multiple projects concurrently, supervise project personnel, and ensure the flawless delivery of all contractual obligations, ultimately guaranteeing client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level consultation and authoritative recommendations to senior client management on complex challenges in management, organizational design, and business strategy.
  • Work intimately with project teams and client leadership to diagnose root causes and architect innovative, evidence-based solutions for special programs and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis within your specialty area to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Author and oversee the development of highly complex, polished business documents, including white papers, strategic plans, and executive briefings.
  • Lead organizational assessments, design performance measurement frameworks, and develop strategies for operational alignment and improvement.
  • Develop and deliver compelling, executive-level presentations, effectively communicating technical advice and confidently responding to questions from senior officials and other experts.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to senior consulting staff, elevating the firm's intellectual capital and methodological rigor.
Required Qualifications:
  • Level III Path: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Organizational Development, or a directly related field plus a minimum of 15 years of concentrated, specialized management experience in a specific domain.
  • Level IV/VII Path: Master’s degree with Doctoral-level studies or a completed Doctoral (PhD) degree in a related field plus more than 20 years of concentrated, specialized experience in a specific domain.
  • A demonstrable track record of providing expert consultation to senior executives (C-suite, SES, or Flag-level).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience crafting and delivering formal briefings and responding to challenging questions from senior management and technical experts.
  • Superior ability to research, analyze, and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable, and persuasive written documents (e.g., strategic plans, policy analyses, white papers).
  • Proven expertise in at least two of the following functional areas:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Organizational Assessment & Design
  • Advanced Management Consulting Methodologies
  • Performance Measurement & Management
  • Training & Education Program Development
  • Exercise Management and After-Action Review
