Job Description



The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to promote Charisma Media’s books, authors and brand across digital channels and combines technical marketing expertise with a passion for ministry and publishing. This role is hands-on and strategic and supports the growth of our ecommerce sales, author reach, and digital engagement. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns to support book launches and evergreen promotions
  • Manage paid advertising across Meta, Google, Amazon, YouTube, and TikTok platforms
  • Create and monitor campaign calendars in alignment with release schedules and seasonal priorities
  • Collaborate with authors and internal stakeholders to build compelling campaigns that reflect both audience insight and spiritual impact

Email & Content Marketing

  • Oversee email marketing strategy including automation, segmentation, and list growth
  • Write or manage production of email copy, landing page content, and social media assets
  • Coordinate the creation of digital assets with the creative team to maintain brand consistency

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and CAC
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to optimize campaign performance
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve audience targeting, copy effectiveness, and creative assets

Author & Influencer Support

  • Work with authors and ministry partners to maximize exposure and impact for new releases
  • Provide toolkits, content, and consultation to empower author marketing efforts

Website & Ecommerce Integration

  • Coordinate updates to product pages and campaign landing pages in Shopify or retail partners.
  • Monitor SEO performance, recommend improvements, and ensure strong UX for book buyers

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in publishing, ecommerce, or ministry-related organizations
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Shopify/WordPress
  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills for Christian audiences
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret marketing analytics and performance reports
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Personal alignment with Charisma Media’s faith-based mission and values
  • Familiarity with Christian audiences, influencers, and ministries
  • Prior experience managing book or product launches
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
  • Understanding of online sales funnels and lead generation strategies

LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Additional Information



Location : On-site from our Corporate office, located at 1150 Greenwood Blvd, Lake Mary, Florida. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. 

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000/year based on experience.

Benefits : The company offers paid vacation, sick time, and eight holidays each year, along with company-paid life insurance. Comprehensive health and dental plans are available for employees and their dependents after 60 days of employment, and a 401K plan with matching contributions is provided after one year. Employees also receive a Christmas bonus.

Dress Code : The dress code is business casual from Monday through Thursday, with a more relaxed, casual style permitted on Fridays.

Work Environment : The work environment is a standard office setting that is fast-paced yet pleasant, fostering cordial relationships among staff. The noise level is typically low to moderate, and reasonable accommodations are made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Physical Requirements : Employees must be able to sit for extended periods and lift and carry office supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Interview Process : If selected, candidates will be contacted by the Staffing Coordinator via email to complete a Candidate Questionnaire, followed by a telephone interview. Those who advance will be invited to the corporate office for an in-person meeting, which includes skills testing in basic proofreading, spelling, a personality profile, and a typing test, as well as an interview with the Office Manager. The final interview is conducted by the hiring manager. If chosen for the position, the Staffing Coordinator will provide final job details and onboarding information.
